  • Alpine Tieguanyin: choose this for a lighter floral cup with gentle sweetness and soft roasted-vegetable and nut impressions.
  • Honey Orchid Dancong: choose this for a warmer medium-to-high roast with orchid, honey, baked-fruit, and gently woody notes.
