Since 2005, TeaStart has worked with restaurants and hotels in China and Hong Kong. Founder Leo Bai has 36 years of tea trade experience, and TeaStart began serving online customers in 2025.

How we source and review tea

We work with our own tea gardens and directly with growers and producers. Our team visits production areas to review raw-material quality, production conditions, hygiene, and growing practices. Selected samples are checked in our laboratory before a lot is chosen, and available origin and traceability information is recorded by lot.

What happens next

Wholesale orders are dispatched from Guangdong, China. Delivery availability depends on the destination and its import rules. Unless a quote states otherwise, duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
