Sourced from the misty peaks of Anxi County, Fujian, at altitudes of 800–1200m — the birthplace of Tieguanyin. Handpicked in Spring 2025 from traditional Tieguanyin cultivars.

Optimal Ratio:1g tea : 35ml water

 Hot Brew (Gongfu Style)

  1.     Preheat teaware
  2.     Add 5–6g tea to 150ml vessel
  3.     Rinse with 95°C (203°F) water (3–4 sec)
  4.     Steep: 1st - 12 sec, 2nd–3rd - 8 sec
  5.     Add 3 sec for each additional infusion

❄️ Cold Brew

  1.     Add 10g tea to 1L cold filtered water
  2.     Refrigerate 6–12 hrs
  3.     Strain & serve over ice
  4.     Great with summer fruits

    Place 3g tea in a tall glass

    Pour 300ml hot water (90–95°C)

    Drink directly, refill as needed
