Shipping policy

TeaStart ships from Guangdong, China. Orders are normally dispatched within three days after purchase.

Where we ship

Our primary market is the United States. We also ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other destinations where delivery is available and the destination permits the products in the order. If a carrier cannot reach an address or import rules do not allow an item, we may be unable to ship that order.

Delivery estimates

United States: approximately 15–20 days after dispatch.
Other destinations: approximately 15–45 days after dispatch, depending on the country and local processing.

We use postal services, with USPS final-mile delivery in the United States where applicable. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot dispatch within the stated time, we will contact you and, where required, offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Shipping cost and import charges

Orders of US$90 or more qualify for free shipping. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs charges required by the destination.
