Brewing starting points
These are starting points, not one required method. For a Western-style brew, use 100°C water and steep for 4–6 minutes. For Gongfu brewing, use 100°C water and pour the first infusion after about 3 seconds. Adjust later infusions in small steps to suit your taste.
