Suggested Tea-to-Water Ratio: 1:30/20 for hot, 1:150 for cold brew

🔥 Hot Brew (Gaiwan / Any Cup)

  1. Use 5g tea in 120ml water at 90–95°C,「194–203°F」
  2. 1st steep: 10 sec. Add +3 sec each brew
  3. Pour water, steep, strain — adjust to taste
  4. Can be re-steeped 7–10 times

❄️ Cold Brew

  1. Use 7g tea in 600/800ml mineral water
  2. Refrigerate 6–8 hours
  3. Shake gently and serve chilled
  4. Perfect for hot days — mellow and refreshing

Stewing and Brewing

This tea can be kept in a thermos cup or a steeping cup for a long time, which is very suitable for grandpa-style tea brewing.
