How to brew
Western style: use about 3g per 250ml at 90–95°C for 2–3 minutes. Shorten the first infusion if you prefer a lighter floral cup.
Gongfu style: use 5g per 100ml at about 95°C. Start with a quick infusion, then adjust one variable at a time.
