Anji Bai Cha is a Chinese green tea from TeaStart’s Spring 2026 lot. Despite the name “Bai Cha,” it is processed as green tea and brews a light, fresh cup.

Brewing starting point

For gaiwan brewing, start with water around 90°C and pour out promptly. Adjust leaf amount first, then water temperature or infusion time, one variable at a time.

Storage

Keep tightly sealed, dry, cool, and away from light and strong odors. For longer storage, keep refrigerated. Let the sealed package return to room temperature before opening to reduce condensation.
