Location: Fujian, China (27.05°N, 119.35°E)
Climate Data: The subtropical climate in Fujian features mild temperatures and abundant rainfall, which create ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality Milk Oolong.
The tea is carefully picked and processed using traditional methods that have been passed down through generations in Fujian, carrying the wisdom and heritage of local tea-making culture. The leaves are hand-rolled, which not only gently breaks the cell walls to release internal substances but also shapes the leaves, influencing the infusion's flavor and appearance. Then they are pan-fired at a precise temperature to halt the oxidation process. This prevents the loss of the precious floral and milky aromas and ensures the tea's long-lasting freshness, creating a tea that is rich in flavor and character.
