It is situated in the center of the Yangtze River Delta economic circle and is the source of the Huangpu River.

Water Temperature: Keep it between 80°C to 85°C (approximately 176°F to 185°F). Avoid using boiling water to prevent scalding the tea leaves, which can lead to a bitter taste.
Tea to Water Ratio: A ratio of 1:50 is recommended, which means 3 grams of tea leaves for 150 milliliters of water. Adjust slightly according to personal taste.
Steeping Time: Steep for 15 seconds and quickly pour out the tea (starting from the third infusion, quickly increase the steeping time by 5-10 seconds).
